From the moment i made contact to request a consultation for an engagement ring Melissa and the team there have been nothing but helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and all the explanations that i needed were giving in a way i could understand. The design experience was a delight and Melissa listened to everything i had to say about what i wanted from the design. She told me if things would not work and gave me inspiration for slight changes if they were needed to make things fit my budget or to make things work more easily. The delivery and presentation of the final ring was fantastic and suffice to say it looked stunning when it arrived. I am so glad i used their service and will be coming back for our wedding bands.
