Ring Resizing
Preparing to propose to your soulmate is not the easiest of tasks. At Durham Rose, we understand how hard it is to discreetly find out your partner’s ring size without arousing too much suspicion. Many clients often propose on guess work alone or the word of a friend/ family member and as a result, we proudly offer our clients a complimentary first resizing service of up to 2 sizes. Returns
Completely Bespoke, Never ‘In Stock’. As each ring we create is completely unique and custom made, we are unfortunately not able to offer a returns service. Our rings are commissioned to meet personal specifications which results in us not being able to reuse or resell the item. However, we always work diligently with each client to ensure that every element of their design is perfected before we move to manufacture. Gain more information on our returns policy here.
Warranty
Your custom made, uniquely designed ring is a lifetime treasure. We will cover any ring maintenance within the initial 12 month period , complete with a complimentary cleaning and polishing service as part of our package. To see what else is and is not covered within our warranty, click here.
