To echo the sentiments of some of the other reviewers, I cannot recommend Durham Rose enough. My particular situation was that my (now) fiancée had sent me a picture of the perfect ring saying jokingly, but not, that it was the ring she wanted if we ever got engaged. It was a family heirloom, and I heard no more - I just had that one photo. I got in touch with Manu and his team and from that one photo they perfectly recreated the ring. It's an utterly unique design and how they did it is beyond me - just from one photo. But it was perfect, she thought it was the actual ring, and loved the story. The team at Durham Rose are precise, personable and professional. The idea of a proposal ring is genius for the likes of me who wants to design with a jeweller, without blowing it! Top team, do it.
