For this week's 'Ring of the Week', our client came to us after giving birth to her first daughter seeking a celebration gift. The brief included a design that would be breathtaking, practical and complimentary to existing rings. We wanted to ensure the design remained elegant, so went opted for a gorgeous twisted Diamond band leading up to the centre stone. The split accommodates two pear shaped white Sapphires that sit proud in the shank allowing them to be distinguishable from the other stones. Our client wanted the centre stone to be an intense bright colour, enabling us to use a large pink Chatham Sapphire. The ring has a cathedral shank, which brings the design elements together and completes the ring. The cathedral shank has a stunning cut away shape either side of the centre stone. The centre Sapphire has a double claw to make a focal feature and the delicate trellis pattern acts as an under gallery. As we offer free engraving on all of our rings our client decided to have the name and date of birth of her daughter inscribed on the inside of the shank.
