I found Durham Rose online whilst searching for someone to create an engagement ring using a stone supplied by me. There had been many ring makers that weren’t interested in making a ring, unless they provided the stone. I sent an enquiry stating that I’d like to use my stone and received a reply from Faye Connell, confirming I could use my stone, we then went on to arrange a consultation. Most designers/makers that I had encountered before would take days to come up with a design, then take days again to adjust it, then days again to tweak it some more, with Faye we had an hour phone call where I had a mirror of her computer screen and as I spoke to her, she created. The options were decided and the ring was commissioned. The rings arrived today and I’m over the moon with the results
