Having looked around many jewelry shops, I was somewhat uninspired by the diamond rings I saw on offer within my budget. I contacted Durham Rose in a bid to get some inspiration and ideas. I wanted something different to what i had seen in the various shops I had visited. I was contacted by Jordan and invited to a casual chat about my requirements. Jordan is a very enthusiastic, professional and friendly person and I immediately felt at ease dealing with him. Although my input into the actual design of the ring was relatively small (compared to what I have read from other previous customer reviews), I really loved the design of the ring. The stand-out part for me was the advice Jordan gave me on specifying the band material and stone. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. Never pressured and very relaxed. The ring arrived beautifully packaged and presented and it far surpassed my expectations. I can't wait to propose and hand it to my girlfriend. She will love it! The slightly daunting task of choosing an engagement ring was transformed by Durham Rose into a fantastic exciting experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Service of this caliber is a rarity these days!
