Absolutely flawless Absolutely flawless, by far the best service and product I've ever received... I cannot thank Natalie Von Koettlitz enough.... From the nervous first contact to the bespoke CAD design in the after hours that suited my awkward long shifts, to the renders and step by step quotes that suited my budget. To the request 'I want the centre diamond to sparkle and dance when the light hits it' which by the way was excelled so much more than i thought even possible... And most importantly getting delivered before we went to Venice for the weekend so I could propose in the most romantic way possible... Thankyou Durham Rose and Natalie we will be back for Matching Wedding Rings;-) P.s Just a quick note while we were in Venice we happened to pass a jewelry store with an equivalently priced single diamond ring in the window and when comparing i was amazed at how superior our ring was in every way... without our ring to compare the shop ring looked lovely but when comparing we noticed the shop ring had a bluey tint and definitely didnt sparkle as much.... For anyone reading this I hope this settles any doubts as I highly recommend this company and Natalie ;-)
